Mamavation monday!

So todays mamavation monday post was all about: How are you getting more fiber in your diet this New Year?

This year i am getting more fiber in my diet by eating more veggies and fruits full in fiber like Broccoli, Asparagus, and apples. i want to start trying out the fiber enriched foods like the fiber plus cereals and waffles. they look yummilicious, check it out for yourself http://www.kelloggsfiberplus.com/home.aspx?display=C.

Yum! Some of my favorites. I really love asparagus. I throw it into my sushi rolls and broccoli is a good friends in our house.
